Order never turned up. was sent "another" package and told I could "keep" the original if it turned up ( er, yeah right!) It never did turn up ( 0f course.) I got the second item sent, but this meant I waited a lot longer than originally expected. I do wonder if it was anything to do with me checking out through e bay as a "guest" ? ( At the time I didn't have access to all my pass words etc so had to order as a guest). I would use them again, BUT if the same thing happened again I would not give them a third chance. one parcel going " missing" is acceptable, two is not. ( I buy a lot of stuff on line each year and I average one missing parcel about every 3 -4 years out of hundreds). So that is my experience, not good, not bad, just average.
