Ordered two bottles of perfume, first delivered quickly, and very pleased, second bottle not received, and no communication as to why. On checking credit card, find its been refunded, a week after it was supposed to be despatched - and now out of stock on website. Contact phone number is not active is, and help email address is not valid. Customer service needs to improve to get repeat business I would suggest; and if it's not in stock don't allow the sale on the website!!
