When our UF heating failed I was horrified as to how to proceed. An electrician confirmed that it was an issue somewhere under the tiled floor - conservatory. I was thinking this is going to be 000's to either dig up or have a new floor. Then I found UFH and they were confident they would find the issue and repair it. Leaving me with one or two tiles that would need to be replaced. Since we were a little remote it was a while before an appointment could be made. But an appointment did come and although I was away after getting UFH entry he handled the issue just getting on and finding the issue, making the repair and testing. We are very very pleased and recommend their service. Communication was excellent throughout - email, telephone, WhatsApp video. Afterwards a full report with pictures and detailing the fault and how it was repaired and tested. I attach just one of 13 photos. So happy I found UFH.
