It took a while from reporting and engaging Ufh services. When the engineer called he was a joy to deal with, explained in detail the fault finding and likely causes. Quickly located the problem and repaired it simply and quickly. Job done. The fault was less than 100mm from the wall so warranties from heat mat are invalid apparently although this was at the end of the circuit, so should heat matt be stepping up?
