Our accommodation business needed to fix an electric undertile heating issue that was tripping the mains RCD. Vicky guided us through the end-to-end process and booked us in. Brad arrived on site exactly when promised and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. Their brilliant equipment powered the faulty heater mat whilst using thermal imaging to literally see through the flooring, to find the issue. Whilst not cheap, we only had to replace a single tile and will be back in business in no time!
