These folks are the REAL DEAL, something went haywire in transit of my order. I got angry( I had just got scared by another supplier) so when my order with UG went wierd I complained and pretty much wrote it off as another loss. They surprised me and replied to my rant Then they went out of thier way to replace with order with a bonus. They did not have to get back with me...they could've ignored me or told me that as far as they could tell everything was good, they did thier part. After a few e-mails and a couple pictures they replaced my order and.some. I can't say enough good things about UG FREAK They have my business for as long as I'm needing supplied. They DO CARE about thier customers and thier reputation in today's world this is hard to find These folks are AWESOME 👌
