I noticed that a lot of the negative reviews just seem to be other sites trying to get customers. I've been using ug for 3 years and I have bought probably a dozen orders. I've never had problems with the quality and I have had it tested. As far as the shipment I've only had one issue with a shipment and the guy was extremely nice and tracked my shipment down and resent it. I've never had a problem with customs I've never had a problem with deliveries. I'm never had a problem with the product itself. People that give negative reviews more than likely are just mad or don't know what they're doing.
