I found the website easy to use with all the technical information I needed to satisfy myself that the toilet seat would fit my toilet. Ordering was straightforward and the item was delivered with in 5 days safely packed against damage in transit. The installation instructions were brief but adequate and the seat was easy to install. It replaces a previous seat of the same description which was about 14 years old.
