My glass shelf came a couple of days after I ordered it. It arrived safely complete with bomb proof packaging. I have not fitted the shelf yet but I did take a look, and the shelf, fixtures and fittings are of excellent quality. I was taken care of all the way, and was even given a one hour slot for delivery which was, of course, met. Overall then efficient and amiable staff, high quality products and an altogether pleasant shopping experience.
