Product was in stock at good price and was dispatched quickly, however the delivery was a shambles. It was arranged for a Friday (before Bank Holiday weekend) delivery and despite promises of delivery by phone during the day , it did not arrive. My customer waited in all day and was not kept updated. Van was apparently delayed on Motorway by an accident but driver (or company) did not bother to call and rearrange. We had to wait till the following Tuesday to speak to them to arrange another delivery. This did come when promised but I lost a days work to not having the goods available for me to install on the Tuesday. Could do better??
