Everything about the process was straightforward, arrived within expected time. The piece of kit itself is a quality product and fitted nicely into our reduced size loo. The plumbers initially said that it couldn't be fitted and to be fair to UK Bathroom store they were brilliant in their comms with me. Following me putting it into position myself it's now fitted and a great idea. Thanks Tony
