The items ordered were as expected. However it would have been better if I had been informed that the items will be delivered in two parts by two different companies.
DPD delivered the soft closing toilet seat and Palletforce the remainder. Fortunately DPD delivered first and it became obvious that another delivery was to come. Both companies
sent incorrect delivery dates and times initially.
