After ny customer had a change of mind, and my bad ordering (I don't think the website is very intuitive). Anyway, as a result I needed to return almost all of my original order and ordered the correct items. I decided to both return the old and collect the new in person as it was quicker and saved me the return postage. I was unable to avoid the delivery charge on the new order as it was of a lower value, but was told on the phone that this would be refunded on collection. The deed was done, the new order was waiting when I arrived and the staff were very helpful. I was told the refunds could take 48hrs. Half hour later I pulled over for a coffee. Checked my phone for messages, and found that both the returned items and the new delivery charge had already been refunded!! NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
