Unit arrived damaged :-(, reported the problem same day at 15.17 on 25/7/18..............at 15.26 same day I received a note from Sarah Brennan saying that she had asked procurement to order me a new unit. It arrived today 31/7/18 and appears to be in good condition. Excellent service - there will always be problems, it's how you solve them that counts and this company is right on the ball. Would definitely use them again.
