There are various reasons: excellent prices, easy-to-use website, very helpful service when I phone them, and great selection. Their manager, Gary, has been especially helpful and professional. I rang him for advice about toilets and he gave me clear, straightforward answers with absolutely zero salesmanship. Wow. Gary also dealt fairly and efficiently with a case where we discovered, upon opening a box weeks after it was received, that an item was damaged. I would certainly go to UK Bathroom Store first for anything more I need for bathrooms in my house.
