Sales staff seemed very good and booked my delivery to suit me for the 25th September. Then the hassle began. I was bombarded with emails and texts telling me to be in for my delivery on the 7th September; not what was agreed at all. I was so disgusted and concerned about the organisational shambles I was experiencing that I cancelled the whole order. The cancellation was confirmed by the showroom manager, by email, but still the hassle continued. Manager told me to ignore the messages saying they were just automated and the delivery had been cancelled. Messages continued and he then told me to simply, if the worst case scenario happened to send them away. Quite unbelievably the cancelled delivery did turn up on the 7th September. I was in the shower, by the time I was able to answer the door, which I had to do as they kept on ringing the bell, which was upsetting my cats, they had unloaded the goods onto my driveway. I should not have had to deal with that. I have no faith at all in Bath store and will never ever touch them with a barge pole after my experience.
