After being assured by The Bathroom Store that this universal toilet seat would fit I purchased it only to find it didn't. I later discovered, following a phone call to Heritage, that their universal seats will not fit any Heritage toilet manufactured prior to 2004. I am very pleased with the friendly service I have received so far from The Bathroom Store in accepting the returned goods with the promise of a full refund including the returns cost. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Thank you
