The tap I wanted was in stock at a great price. It arrived 2 days before I expected it which made it easy for the plumber to instal. Later, I needed strouds for the tub. When I asked if they were available, I was told how to order them and they arrived quickly as well. However, I needed shrouds with a support rod which could have been secured at a greater costs and a longer wait, but would have been more beneficial. Sadly we installed the original shrouds only to find we could have ordered the others. Letting customers know of options when calling in is beneficial for both retailers and customers.
