Was happy with UK Bathroom store, but the delivery which was direct from Eastbrook was problematic. They only gave 2 day window originally which concerned me as that means they have no control over their drivers. Sure enough they failed to turn up either day even though my wife stayed in, then turned up unannounced on the Monday when nobody was home. Eventually took delivery on the next Friday but I had to help carry the bath from outside the development and then the driver left me at the door due to H&S so my wife had to help me carry it into the building...UK Bathroom Store were as helpful as they could have been in trying to resolve the situation though.
