Exceptionally poor customer service when there is a faulty product.
Asked me to contact the manufacturer. They don't answer the phone.
Then they said they would contact the manufacturer to contact me.
This didn't happen.
UK Bathroom store does everything possible to NOT take responsibility for selling a faulty product.
In the end I had no choice but to turn to my credit card company for a refund.
AVOID AT ALL COST!
