Order was processed very quickly and the item was delivered within 3 days- excellent!
Unfortunately, it is the wrong toilet seat! I ordered a Saneux soft closing seat, what we received was looking very similar although, with insight, from packaging and instruction leaflet it is a much cheaper alternative. It fits the toilet but not the same dimensions so doesn’t look right- there is now an overhang at front of toilet, sides are ok. I can’t return unfortunately as now fitted. So close... but not the correct product. I can provide photo to prove.
