There was a small delay in availability of the toilet seat I ordered but UK Bathroom store promptly emailed me to let me know this and check that I still wanted to go ahead. When I phoned after the initial delay period of 7-10 days, again they promptly called me back to apologise and let me know that they now had the toilet seat (manufacturers delay) and indeed was received the next day.
