The product we bought came direct from the manufacturer with a fault so we got to learn a decent amount UK Bathroom Store support. All in all they did a good job. A bit weird to see them mainly play piggy in the middle as they mostly just forwarded messages to them from the manufacturer and then forwarded our messages to them on to the manufacturer AND they didn't comment or overly intervene while the manufacturer was very unhelpful but in the end when they learned the manufacturer kept failing to collect the faulty item UK Bathroom Store immediately offered to collect it instead and pass it on, and give us a refund (as we requested) as soon as they had the item back.
