Customer service was great. Easy to phone and speak to someone. I never got my bath screen though as Dpd returned it as broken. I was sent a replacement, next day delivery, which was excellent but DPD broke that one too and the store understandably wouldn’t send more. I’m therefore unable to buy from them but would recommend them to others
