It's been a month, and I still haven't received an exchange item as Boxraw is waiting for the return that Evri lost (return label provided by them).

When I write them emails complaining, they keep saying 'Not to worry, we will keep an eye on it'. But it's been a month since the parcel had been lost, and I've now lost my money and patience.
It has been a true nightmare experience so far with Boxraw, and I definitely won't buy from them again.
I will also update here again as I receive more news from them.
