My order didn't arrive when it should and UK Business Supplies contacted the carrier who couldn't or wouldn't say what had happened to it. UK Business Suppliers very promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent by Express courier which arrived safely. I thank them for their prompt and efficient action. I always say that things can go wrong, what is important is how they are dealt with, in this case very efficiently, can highly recommend them.
