I placed an order Tuesday at 9am, spent the required amount for free next day delivery. 4 days later after numerous calls and chasing DPD, I still did not have my order. I expressed to the company on each occasion I have a shop selling milkshakes so cups were essential and each time they assured me I would get my order. I understand delays, mistakes and issues happen, however it’s the way they are fixed and dealt with that’s important. A week later I still did not have my order, and am still waiting after nearly 2 weeks for a manager to call me back ( 3 separate requests for this) I also do not have my cups nor my refund! Not a happy customer and would not use again.
