I buy my Alpro Barista Professional x 12, from Uk Business Supplies about once per month, generally I do not have too many problems. However on a few occasions now I have received the cartons very poorly packaged and the cartons have been smashed and leaking! I have contacted them about this and they have offered me a partial refund, which is ok, but what I wanted was the 12 cartons fully intact on arrival. I have suggested they improve the packaging for a heavy item such as this, but so far no change! Bottom line is, sometimes I get lucky, sometimes I don’t. This item should be double bubble wrapped and placed in shipper box that fits, not one that is twice the size and then packed with a bit of brown paper. If it happens again, I will look for an alternative supplier. Please improve your packaging.
