Unfortunately some the items I ordered were out of stock.
I have been emailed multiple times with information about refund, while waiting much longer than expected for the delivery (8 days instead of 3).
On the day of delivery, I get contacted through a different email address with a request of partial repayment.
I was erroneously refunded the wrong item and I had to make a bank transfer to pay for difference.
So not the best online shopping experience overall.
On the bright side, I had courteous and prompt email responses.
