The last order was online accepted confirmed and then you cancelled the most important thing on the order after delivering the stuff I put on the order to make up to carriage paid - no real interest in putting it right no alternative offered. This meant I had to order elsewhere and pay for overnight delivery - you should not confirm items that aren't in stock - I rang you and asked about alternative items still showing in stock online - guess what you didn't have those either!
