Everything was packed and delivered on time. There was one item missing that I had to chase up and then was informed was out of stock, would have been helpful if they had informed us rather than having to chase but it was sent earlier than expected their next stock to be following that. Only a small dent in one of the boxes. Generally happy with everything we received :)
