Purchased an item and paid an extra premium for a next day service. The item arrived 3 days later which was too late as it was a birthday gift for someone. So when the delivery did arrive I rejected the item to be sent back for my refund. This is what I was told to do by UK mobile 13 days later still no refund. Bad communication here. Email you at midnight time not ideal if you work 9-5.
