The process was very poor and concerning. The communication was erratic, extremely slow and inconclusive. The time taken was ultimately reasonable (3weeks)if you prepared to wait as you would be dealing with an overseas supplier with a site which appears to be in the UK but in fact is in the far east.
If you are prepared to pay in advance and wait until the process is complete, the product is superb and its best value for money.
