Your service was great but I want to tell you why I did not give you an excellent rating. Up to now I have NOT RECEIVED the battery I purchase from you and it is almost 2 months I have made this purchase from your store. Your system of using the royal mail maybe adequate for sending customers there packages within Europe but does not works very well when sending packages to my country. Is there anyway you can locate where my battery is at the moment as I need this battery really urgently.
