The 2 Samsung Galaxy 10.1 USB charging cables received were incorrect. They were either manufactured wrong, or advertised for sale incorrectly. Which could have been sorted out with a simple 5 minute phone call, instead, it took 4 e-mails and 4-5 days before problem was resolved .... I end up sending back for a refund. I have since ordered from elsewhere, received and fitted with no trouble.
