Initially, the wrong product was sent....maybe my fault, maybe theirs. However, as soon as I contacted them they told me which product I needed. I returned the first one and they sent the right one.
Sometimes, a firm should be judged on what they do when things go wrong. I am very pleased that they sorted this quickly and efficiently. Well done and thanks.
