Purchased a Samsung wireless phone charger. After ordering discovered that it had a non. Uk plug. Unable to phone them to cancel order as they do not provide a phone number. Cancelled immediately by email. However they still sent the item. They did apologise by email and provided prepaid return label. Having returned item and obtained proof of posting they refuse to refund me. Do not order from this firm as I have lost £52.39 by them.
