I ordered the wrong model of charger which was my fault. After I'd paid for and placed the order online, before realising my mistake, I immediately wrote an email (it was out of hours on a Sunday night) trying to get the order cancelled before dispatch. Unfortunately that didn't work and the order was dispatched before my email was read. However UK MOBILE STORE responded and were courteous, told me to refuse delivery, and promised to refund the purchase price once they received the item back. They were true to their word and have done this. Obviously I lost the postage fee but since I made the mistake with the order that's my bad luck. Overall a good service.
