Ordered item on 30 Jan, email advising dispatched on 31 Jan, still have not received item by 14 Feb and no updates. Have contacted customer service twice and received no response.
Have now asked for purchase to be cancelled as I have jad to buy from anoth company (it arrived in 2 days!). Would not use this company again.
