Ordered item on 30th January, supposed to be sent via royal mail 48hr track and trace. Item still hasn't arrived, sent 8 emails asking for update or refund and not once have we received a reply. Very poor and would not reccomend. Can't even get a refund so avoid at all costs. Its now the 14th February and still no reply and still no item or contact from UK mobile store.
