I ordered on the 31st of Jan and paid £2.99 for 48hr delivery. It is now the 15th Feb and I still haven't received my order. I have emailed 3 times and have now opened a case with PayPal and the company haven't bothered to get in touch. The customer service has been appalling and non existent. The tracking number they provided me with has never worked.
