I placed an order with you on Sunday 31st January, order number 1270089828, I haven't as yet received this. I received notification on Monday 1st February that my order was on its way with tracking number NY216604795GB. I have been tracking this but no information can be given, all it states is "Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference NY216604795GB". I have emailed you numerous times but haven't as yet received a reply as to where my order is and when I could expect delivery, I have messaged you through you web page too. Can you please contact me as a matter of urgency to confirm. If the item hasn't as yet been despatched or has been lost, can you please arrange a replacement shipment as soon as possible. As at today, I still haven't as yet received a reply from you.
