Items worth £250 not received after several weeks; requested expedited delivery. Emailed several times using contact form and email address - no response. No contact telephone number. Cannot pursue courier for cost (assuming lost) as unclear whether 3 separate orders were despatched together or not. Will be contacting by writing next, then escalate if necessary
