I have never came across such a crap service. I did not recieve my item. Emailed 3 times but no reply from UK mobile store. Didnt have any number on the website. Checked my bank account payment where I found the contact number for UK mobile. Called UK mobile and MR Ali the rudest person ever answered the call. Any how eventually agreed to send replacement. After few days it didn't arrived either. called again to ask for refund. Refund never processed and after 20 days I recieved the items and to my surprise UK Mobile didn't pay the postage which I had to pay before I got the delivery.
