Do not purchase from this company!! I made a purchase in January with delivery in 2 days. I was notified it was despatched 31st January 2021. I have still not received my order and despite several emails to the Company have not had a response either. Today I received a card from Royal Mail informing me that they are unable to deliver my package as the UK Mobile Store had not paid postage. If I want it delivered I need to pay myself. As I am unable to get a response from the Company I doubt I will ever see a refund for the item. Awful Awful Awful
