Scammers.
Sold a dud battery at dealership prices. It failed after just one week and ballooned. Ali replied to all messages quickly until the battery was returned to the address he provided. Then no reply until chased repeatedly for weeks and replied to an email with the order number in the subject line with 'send your order number so I can find out what's happening with your order'.
