after over a month, emails are not responded to for weeks, when I finally receive a reply my item is being held by Royal mail as UK MOBILE STORE have not paid postage. £3.50 outstanding on a tiny item that I paid £3.00 postage on already. Item still stuck in post office, no response from uk moble when I request that they pay this amount.
