I was ordering some extra kit for my Android Phone. The company quickly sent out my parcel but it got delayed in transit (I could see this via the shipping company's tracking). Ali from Mobile Store was very helpful and my items arrived after he had looked into it. The items were genuine Samsung items and reasonably priced.
I was happy with my purchase the the service - particularly as they fixed what was not their problem but was the delivery company's. Thank you.
