My order was placed over two ago, I am still waiting. The customer service which is monosyllabic at best say they are still waiting to hear back from Royal Mail.
I am still waiting for a replacement battery for my phone.
I have given them £10 of my money and as yet have nothing to show for it.
Not an admirable way to treat customers.
