Horrendous service. Don't touch would be my advice, ordered Note 10 plus cover on 18/5, received email on 18/5 confirming order, then another email same day saying it was on its way, 2-3 working days including Saturday web page says, numerous emails been sent since to UK Mobile Store, fobbed off basically, we'll look into this etc etc, no relevent information though- 1st June today and no case, also no idea where or if its been sent, my gut feeling, this case was showing in stock on 18/5, now sold out last few times I've checked recently, possibly taking money when products not in stock? No refund yet, so contacted my bank to escalate transaction against the company. Royal Mail tracker number also showing nothing since 18/5. Tell the truth I'd say then it wouldn't be an issue. Avoid.
